Below are the current Court Reporters Board appointees:

Yvonne Fenner of Sacramento became Executive Officer of the Court Reporters Board of California on January 2, 2009. Yvonne has been a freelance reporter in the Sacramento area since 1996. She served as a licensee member of the CRB from the time of her appointment by the Governor in May of 2006 until she became employed by the Board as a staff analyst in 2008 and she remained in that position until her appointment as Executive Officer. She was previously a meeting coordinator and trade show manager for the California Landscape Contractors Association from 1986 to 1995. Ms. Fenner is a member of the National Court Reporters Association and past president of both the California and Northern California Court Reporters Associations.

Gregory Finch of Fair Oaks was appointed by the Governor to a term expiring June 1, 2008. He was reappointed to a second term expiring June 1, 2012. Mr. Finch was elected as Chairperson on June 13, 2008. He is a principal in Signature Law Group LLP in Sacramento. Mr. Finch previously served as a partner and litigation director for the law firm of Cohen Durent from 2003 to 2007. He was previously a partner with the law firm of Booth and Finch from 1997 to 2003 and Finch, Burton and White from 1994 to 1997. He was a sole practitioner from 1980 to 1994. Mr. Finch is a Republican.

Lori Gualco of Sacramento was appointed by Speaker Fabian Nunez in September 2007 for a term expiring June 1, 2011. She is principal attorney at the Law Office of Lori J. Gualco. She was previously an attorney at the Trainor and Robertson law firm. She received a Political Science B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She is a registered Democrat.

Elizabeth Lasensky of Menlo Park was appointed by Senate President pro Tem Don Perata in October 2007 for a term expiring on June 1, 2011. Ms. Lasensky is an Administrative Associate in the Office of the Dean of Research, Stanford University. She is a registered Democrat.

Reagan Evans, 44, of Ontario, has been appointed to the Court Reporters Board. She has served as president of Olympic Reporting and Video since 2008 and as a freelance reporter and court reporter since 1989. She was an official reporter for the 64th District Court of Hale County, Texas from 1987 to 1989 and an independent contractor for Rogers, Harvey and Associates from 1986 to 1987. Evans is a member of the National Court Reporters Association, Society for the Technological Advancement of Reporters, Deposition Reporters Association of California and Deposition Advisory Committee of the California Court Reporters Association. This position requires Senate confirmation and the compensation is $100 per diem. Evans is a Republican.
