BEWARE of AI Notetaker Applications Here is an excellent resource onbatined from Jeopardizing Justice about the dangers and cautions to be aware of (and to educate litigants and their counsel) as to AI Notetaker Applications. Take a minute to read and even print the flyer so that you can cite the perils to everyone on a remote depo or hearing if someone is trying to use an AI notetaker app. Cal DRA thanks Sue Terry (OH), Liz Harvey (WA), and Debbie Dibble (UT) for their work in creating this important flyer.
